Last Longer in Bed Curing Premature Ejaculation

Muscles tension can lead to ejaculation problems as your body is trying to deal with the tension build up anyway. Muscles relaxing activities like yoga, stretching, anxiety reduction skills, and exercise are all ways to reduce the tension in your pelvic and abdominal regions.


(5) Last is the Start-Stop Method – learn this method and become multi-orgasmic

If you have not heard of this yet, then the start-stop method is a tested ejaculatory control and lasting longer in bed technique. A man will stimulate his penis until he is ready to ejaculate and then cease stimulation – sometimes referred to as peaking.
