Ginkgo biloba extracts have antioxidant and liver protective effects and can inhibit liver scarring of tissue as a study has shown in rats.  With herbal remedies, scientific studies are slow in progress and quite a lot of evidence is based on general public use data rather than a well-documented study.

I use Ginkgo along with some other herbs and I am happy with the results that I see and feel.  So if you have cold hands and cold feet then try Ginkgo.  


Ginkgo Biloba has been used for many centuries by people all over the globe for health benefits.  Even though many of these benefits have not been yet scientifically verified using empirical measures that do not mean it is not possible.
