It is always a good idea to try and get this balance right every day, but you don’t need to be over consumed and do it at every meal. Eating a healthy diet is about eating the right amount of food for your energy needs. If you’ve watched the news recently, it is said that most adults are either overweight or obese. Make it a small amount of foods and drinks that are high in fat or sugar – Reduce intake of fat and sugar by eating fewer sweets, cakes, and biscuits, and drinking fewer sugary soft drinks.
