Here are some sex enhancing exercises you should add to your physical workout routine to make sex positions last longer and sustain your erections.

Pushups – strong arms and shoulders to hold yourself up during sex

For many sex positions, you need strong arms and shoulders to hold yourself up or to hold her up.  But a tired upper body will lead to extra strain, quicker ejaculations, and loss of stamina. If you want to last longer in bed, then increase your upper-body strength and shoulder strength by doing the bowing push-ups.

To do this get into the normal push-up position. Making sure to keep your elbows close to your ribs, lower your chest as if you were performing a push-up. You should be hovering a few inches above the floor, hold yourself in that position. At the same time, squeeze your glutes, drop your hips toward the floor, push your arms straight, and lift your head and chest toward the ceiling. Pause, and then lift your hips until you are in a push-up position again. Do this once, is 1 rep. Make sure to perform 10 in a row, this is 1 Set.  Start with this initially then increase to 2 sets and more if you can.

Kegels – gives you a better erection and helps you last longer

Kegels are the best exercises for sex, better erection and for lasting longer. Doing Kegels will improve sexual endurance and help control by toning and strengthening the PC muscles (these are the muscles that support erectile rigidity and provide the power behind ejaculation), doing Kegels can help with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

Doing Kegels is easy, by starting and stopping the flow of urine when going to the bathroom you can get familiar with the PC muscles. Once you know which muscles are PC and how to squeeze them to stop and start your urine, your goal will be doing this same kegel exercise outside the bathroom, to progressively increase the squeeze duration, intensity and number of reps until you feel the muscles are tired. Gradually work up to ten-second squeezes or more if you can safely, relaxing in between each contraction, increasing initially to 10, then 20 reps or more.

Develop Stamina with Interval Training, helps you to prolong lovemaking

The best exercise for developing staying power in bed is by doing interval training, this will increase your stamina and endurance, if you want to last longer in bed then take up interval training. You can do interval training just about anywhere, running up and down the stairs at home mixed with some push-up, outside running, at the park or on a bike or a treadmill.

The best way to start is warm-up first for five to ten minutes, start your intervals at full speed, running, walking or climbing as hard and fast as you can. Push yourself for at least 30 seconds to 1 minute, then slow back down for a minute or two. Repeat this exercise several times. Mix this into your workout routine a couple of times a week and soon you’ll be ready to go longer in bed or be ready for a second round again.

Everyone should work to stay healthy and fit, but the problem is we lose interest in fitness very quickly – let’s face it, cold rainy day outside, who wants to get out and go to the gym.  In such situations, you need a really powerful reason to force you to go and exercise – this reason must also be rewarding.  Nothing is a more powerful reason than gratifying passionate sex with your wife.

Make that your goal and you will soon see that gym, exercise, healthy eating all become far easier to do then without having this as a reason.
