This staple cooking product known as Garlic has been used for centuries as both food and medicine.

Garlic can be used to treat health conditions ranging from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, and heart attack to treating certain types of cancer as it is being claimed in certain quarters.

I take Garlic supplements and have found it beneficial for overall health, as I don’t get the common cold that easily anymore, I don’t get mouth ulcers as I used to due to stress, and when I do it heals much quicker.

Maca a superfood that increases energy levels.

Maca is often called a ‘superfood’ due to its strong nutritional benefits. It contains a high level of minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium, and zinc as well as B vitamins including B3 (niacin).

You can supplement with maca by mouth to treat anemia or also known as chronic fatigue syndrome. Maca can also help in enhancing energy, stamina, athletic performance, and memory.

Many people also use maca for improving sexual health and stamina, men with ED using maca have benefited in the sex life by supplementing with maca.
