Oatmeal never looked so good. Why enjoy a bowl of Healthy Superfood Oatmeal loaded with fiber, antioxidants, and a dash of Pure Maple Syrup or better still Honey.

Generally enjoyed by many at breakfast times, but why stop there, I sometimes have a bowl when I feel peckish during the day with some added blueberries or banana slices.

Oats contain high levels of fiber, soluble and insoluble type.  Eating oats regularly the best of both worlds and has huge health benefits. Insoluble fiber travels down the digestive tract, taking water from the intestines to add weight to waste material and ease its passing through the digestive system and eventually out of the body.

The soluble fiber, on the other hand, turns into a gel-like consistency, this then slows down digestion, therefore, making you feel fuller for longer.
